Black Friday email template for Wix (2026)
Running your shop on Wix and want a Black Friday email that is ready before the rush? Start with the words, then move them into your email tool. Here is a template and a calm checklist. Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026; Cyber Monday is November 30.
Wix updates its dashboard and email tools regularly, so these steps are intentionally general. If a label looks different in your account, find the nearest match or check Wix’s own help pages.
Before you open the editor
- Decide on one offer. Say what it is and when it ends in a single sentence. (Need a starting point? See Black Friday sale ideas.)
- Set up the coupon or sale price on your site. Make sure the dates match what you plan to promise in the email.
- Choose where the button goes. One product, one collection or one sale page.
- Select your photos. A couple of bright product shots, sized for email.
- Check your list. Include only contacts who have agreed to receive marketing from you.
The template
Paste this in and replace every item in braces with your own details.
Preview text: Ends Monday night. {Best seller} is included.
Headline: Our Black Friday sale is live
Hi {first name},
The sale is open now and runs until Monday, November 30: {offer, in plain words}.
A few favorites are part of it: {product 1}, {product 2} and {product 3}.
Button: Start shopping (link to your sale page)
{Delivery note, such as: place your order by {date} to receive it before the holidays.}
Thanks for being a customer,
{shop name}
General steps
- Open the email marketing area of your Wix account and start a new campaign from a simple layout.
- Add the subject and preview text from the template.
- Edit the content. Replace the placeholder text with your headline and message, add one or two product images and place one button.
- Point the button at your sale page. Paste the full address from your published site.
- Pick the recipients. Review the list or segment before you move on.
- Send a test message to your own inbox and look at it on a phone.
- Schedule it for a specific date and time, and double-check the time zone shown.
Test checklist
- Does the button open the right page on your live site?
- Does the coupon work at checkout, and is it spelled the same in the email?
- Are the sale start and end times the same in the email and on your site?
- Is your unsubscribe link and business address included?
- Does the subject read well next to the preview text?
A sensible weekend run
Most small shops get better coverage from a short series than from one big email: a heads-up, the launch, a reminder and a final Cyber Monday note. The send schedule guide covers when to send, and the email examples guide has wording you can borrow. Using something else? See the guides for Squarespace or BigCommerce.
