Small-list tips

• Send fewer emails but send them on time. Three well-timed emails beat eight rushed ones.
• Resend each email once, 2–3 days later, to people who didn’t open it, with a new subject line.
• Put the deadline in the subject line and in the first sentence.
• Reply to every reply. For a small shop, the replies are the point.
