When to send on Monday, November 30
- Morning: send your main email early, somewhere between 7 and 9 a.m. in your customers’ time zone, so it is waiting when people check their phones.
- Evening: send a short reminder around 7 or 8 p.m. to people who didn’t click.
- Smaller lists: one email plus one reminder is plenty.
Test it on your list. These times are starting points. Your own customers may open at different hours, so check your send history in your email platform and adjust next year.
